Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your Oodie back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it qualifies for a full refund or exchange.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Get Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
